How to Discover Our Own Weaknesses?

It starts at a young age and as we grow older, we tend to stop developing our mind. The reason could vary and range from being overly ignorant to being held by the concepts of living upon all the ways we have already lived. Sometimes it can also be misconceptions learned through people or what we have watched or witnessed from others over and over.
The first factor that makes us stop thinking is based on over dependency or total reliance upon others. Sometimes, people just follow whatever others say or do without thinking further for oneself. People have a tendency to get overly used to commands and instructions. This then would become a natural disposition for ideas based on what is right or what could have been done better.
The second intellectual block is fear; especially on not being able to know the situation or not being able to take control. It makes us stupid to think about things over and over again without actually hitting on the right strategy. People may choose the easy way out or resort towards what is easily available or what is most commonly accessible out there. This is due to a combination of different types of fears in life; another way to put it is that people have doubts. It is true that people may live happier living on less fear with less risk.
Natural interests develop passion as well as patience along the line. Imagine if one has not got enough curiosity to begin with, how would he ever thought of trying out at all? So in order to cultivate much better thoughts, there must be good patience and passion in store to make things happen in the positive light. Have not you heard that the best ways around would be to get your hands dirty? People always do have a natural ability to survive all kinds of hardships. So do it now, worry later. Also, stay motivated at all times.
Whatever it may be, only the right approach, the correct setup and preliminaries would help us embark on the right track. Pretty much like cooking, we need the ingredients to be there and all the cooking utilities to be available before we can really cook up the meal. Otherwise, it would be just daydreaming or building castles in the air; that is also when one does nothing practical to resolve around the matter of concern. That pretty much is what makes you stupid, don't you think?
