Why HHO Powered Engines Work Better
With the cost of gas and diesel constantly on the rise, many people are looking towards water powered engines to save themselves money. An added incentive to convert to water power is the fact that, as well as being more economical, water powered engines work so much better than their gasoline-only counterparts.
A water powered engine will continue to use some gasoline, but the gasoline will be supplemented by HHO, a two-part hydrogen to one-part oxygen gas that is produced by electrolysis. Recent advances in systems that create HHO on demand have made this one of the best ways to decrease regular fuel consumption.
HHO is three times more effective and powerful than regular gas, and can actually make your car run better. A car converted to run on HHO can give you up to 60% better mileage - and the much smaller amount of gas that is used will burn more efficiently. You may not realise it but regular fuel combustion is extremely inefficient, with only about 20-30% of available gasoline actually being combusted.
When HHO is introduced into the combustion process it increases fuel combustion by up to 80%, meaning that almost 100% of by products (e.g. carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide) are expelled through the exhaust system rather than clogging up the engine. HHO actually cleans out the gasoline-produced build-up of carbon in the engine, thereby helping the engine to run more smoothly and significantly reducing carbon emissions.
After it has been burned inside the engine HHO gas actually converts to water vapor, meaning that a water powered engine will run at a lower temperature and be less prone to overheating. This results in your engine lasting longer, especially the parts that tend to burn out at high heat, such as bearings, valves and pistons.
Another thing you will notice with a water powered engine is that it runs more quietly, with less vibration and little if any 'pinging' or knocking. This is much better for the engine overall and especially the transmission, which will allow for much smoother gear shifts when it is not under strain.
You won't need to make any serious modifications to your car to take advantage of this water fuel cell technology. In fact, all it requires is to install a simple conversion kit that will connect up with your existing engine to convert water into HHO gas.
To convert your car's engine to run on HHO, you will first need to obtain the blueprints for making and installing a kit. These blueprints may cost between $50 and $100, but in the end will save you thousands of dollars in car repairs, car parts and gasoline.
A small quart-sized container will be placed near the engine and filled with some baking soda and distilled water. The electricity will be provided by the car battery, and will combine with water in a hydrogen fuel cell to produce the HHO gas that will power your car. Obviously the process is slightly more complicated than it sounds here, which is why the blueprints can cost you up to $100. However, the overall modification process can be done by any mechanic, or you can easily do it yourself.
In the end you, your car and the environment will all be benefitted when you convert to a water powered engine.
