3. Bananas - Some might say that the shape of the banana and the view of other person eating it are enough for increasing libido, but in fact it's more than that. Bananas contain a chemical called bromelein with proven results on the libido.

4. Avocado - Due to the fact that it is rich in folic acid it stimulates both female and male libido.

5. Chocolate - It helps release certain hormones that enhance the state of well being and the feeling of being loved.

Other foods that increase female libido because they are rich in vitamins and minerals are celery, almonds, asparagus, basil, pumpkin seeds, etc.
