Exercise not just burns fat but also helps one achieve fitness and strength it tones up differentmuscle groupsit’s not advisable to start dieting without exercise because if that is carried out one burns muscles and not fat, leading to weight loss but not fat loss, and so the body will burn significantly less fat as there is less of muscle mass now, which would mean harder to lose weight in future if ever one needs to. Remember getting fit takes time and patience and both exercise as well as watching one’s diet goes hand in hand.
