I Was Very Happy To Find Some Unique Soy Candles

I have always been a huge fan of candles, my husband has even told me that I'm a bit obsessed with them, but I was afraid I would have to give up my precious candles until I found some unique soy candles that are perfect for me. I use it as a relaxation method to help ease my nerves after a day that has tested my patience to the limit. It is very calming for me to sit in a room or soak in the tub with sweet smelling softly flickering candles surrounding me. And then, not very long ago, I was perusing a report about how many carcinogens are released when traditional candle wax is burned. I was aghast by this news and out of concern for my health and the health of my family, I resolved never to burn my beloved candles again.

I attempted to find a way to relax without my candles, by using various scents and aromas, but nothing really helped. Obviously I missed the smells from my candles, but I think I missed the soothing flickering of the flames most of all. I sulked and glowered at everyone for a few days, until I was pretty much unbearable to be around. Soon enough, my best friend approached me and asked what was wrong, and I said that I was having issues coping without my method of relaxation.

I was a little bit offended when she just laughed as I told her about how I was not able to use my candles any longer. She then told me about fragrant soy candles, which were just like traditional candles, but used harmless soy rather than dangerous wax. I was so thrilled to hear this that I almost cried out of pure joy.

As soon as I got home, I rushed to my laptop and began searching for places where I could buy these unique soy candles. Luckily, I was able to find an incredible website that had a large variety of amazing scents. As I read more about the benefits of soy candles versus other kinds of wax I was converted very quickly, so I placed an order and eagerly waited for the day they would arrive.

The day that they did come was a very stressful one at work and by the time I got home I had forgotten that the candles were due to arrive that day. When the package came, I ran inside with it and could barely contain my excitement as I examined the glistening candles and tried to decide which scent I wanted to try first. As soon as I lit the candle and saw the soothing flicker of the dancing flames, I could just feel the tension disappear.
