One simple way that won't take any more of your time is to simply take the stairs. If you work or live on the second floor or above, consider taking the stairs. It will give you a great little workout every day, and it won't seem like you are doing much. Over time, this can easily add up into some great health advancements.

If you routinely take your car for short trips, like to the grocery store or to the video store or wherever, consider walking or taking a bicycle. Not only will this get you into good shape over time, but you'll save a lot of money on gas. And if you keep good records, you may be able to save some money on your car insurance every year.

Naturally, the better foods you eat, the better shape you'll be in. Eat health, lean proteins, healthy fats like fish, avocados, and nuts. Stay away from fast food or processed food. You don't have to switch over completely to healthy food all the time, but if you make some substitutions, you'll slowly get into better shape.

Getting enough sleep is more important than you realize. If you aren't well rested, you won't have the energy or the will power to stick to any kind of diet or exercise plan. But when you get plenty of sleep every night, you'll always feel your best.

A sport like tennis is great because you don't need much equipment, and you only need a couple of people. Also, most cities and towns have plenty of tennis courts that you can use whenever you want.
