How to spot get rich quick scams
Get rich quick scams-If you are like me, you have searched the internet for ways of making money online at home. There are many get rich quick scams all over the internet these days, and its very important to know how to spot them. The following article will give you some great tips on how to spot get rich quick scams so you will not be ripped off again! How to spot a get rich quick scam-The sales letter claims to make you a millionaire-I have found that a lot of get rich quick scams will 'guarantee' that you will make 'x' amount of money within a given time period. As soon as you see this, it should be a red flag. How can someone guarantee how much money you make after a month? They can't. This is a very important sign for a get rich quick scam. If you come across a sales letter that says something like, "If you buy my product, I'll give you a free website that is usually worth $200." They promise to give you a free website, but there is really a catch. They will make you sign up for hosting through THIER affiliate links, meaning that they will make a commission every time someone signs up through their link. I have fallen for this type of scam before, and now I know not to invest in these types of programs. The bad thing about these 'free' websites, is that everyone else who signed up before you, now has that EXACT same website as you do. Google doesn't like content that isn't original. If 200 people have the exact same website, you won't rank very well in the search engines, and you won't get very much natural search engine traffic. Those are a few signs that the product is a get rich quick scam. There are a few things to look for on the sales page in order to decrease the chances of being scammed. 1. Money back guarantee- Does the product offer a money back guarantee? If so, you have nothing to lose. If you are not happy with the product, return in and get your money back. Usually you have 30 days to do so.2. Do your research- If you come across a product, and you are not sure if they are legit, do your research. Go to google, and type in the name of the product. There are many online forums chatting away about these online scams. Read what other people are saying about this program before you invest. If everything you read is negative, don't invest. Its as simple as that. Visit http://www.scamseekers.com for more hints.
