4 Ways You Can Find the Perfect Temperature
Whether you're sheltering from the sun under a canopy shade, embracing it by the pool or huddling by the fire, we all have a perfect temperature. People think the temperature is perfect in all types of situation - here are few that are popular.
When It's Hot But Not Humid
Most people enjoy the heat, but only in the right circumstances. Nobody likes standing on a crowded tube train on the way into work, and certainly not while wearing a heavy suit as the sweat builds up all over your body - it's going to be an unpleasant day for your colleagues. Fortunately however, they'll be in a similar situation as most lines don't have air conditioning so you can all stink together.
The heat can be pleasant, however, when you're sunbathing with a cool swimming pool only feet away and you can dip in as soon as your skin starts to overheat.
When The Air Is Crisp
Crisp air is the sort you get on a fresh autumn's day, when there's a little wind to add colour to your cheeks but not so much as to make you feel like you're battling against it. It's gives you energy, and while you wouldn't want to stand outside in it for too long in a t-shirt and pair of shorts, it's warm enough that you don't need gloves. It's the opposite of muggy and great for clearing hangovers.
Evening Warmth
You're still in your summer clothes, but the sun is beginning to dip towards the horizon. You may have been working all day and it's now time to have a relaxing beer with colleagues and maybe having a salad or barbeque. Basically, it's still warm enough to sit outside but the heat is not oppressive.
By A Winter's Fire
There are few things more pleasant in life than having gone out for a walk on a clear winter's day before coming back in to a nice log fire. It warms the heart, and apparently the cockles too, and you can often find yourself stretching the palms of your hands towards the fire as heat begins to edge its way through your body. Later on you can sit and watch a film or play a game as you reach back to a by-gone era of being British and middle class.
