3 Easy Ways To Double Your Productivity In 30 Days Or Less
Lots of times people think if they only had more leads that they could sponsor more people in to their business. Some believe, if they had more money to advertise they could sponsor more people in to their company. Well, neither of these things really matters if you don't have the skills of being productive when you get them, For example, if you can have all the leads in the world, but if you can't find to call them all then what good are they. Here are 3 easy to implement tips from Andrew Cass that will help you get more productivity and results from your business, today!
Do Your Revenue Producing Activities First
This is a very important part of increasing your business and your productivity. Think about it, most times you get them in whenever you can fit them in to your busy day. If we're being honest here, a lot us don't even get to them. A great exercise for you to do would be to write down your top 3 revenue producing activities. If you don't know what they are, then try to write down at least one thing. It could ever be the methods taught by your company system, i.e. calling your warm market or meeting new people. You want to do these things before you do anything else. Don't check your email first. Don't check your voice mails. Just get your profit producing activities out of the way. You'll be surprised at the results you see if you just put this one method in to practice.
Change Your Workspace Environment
For many of us our workspace is in an area where there are lots of distractions. Often, our workspace may be in the living room or area of our homes where people are in and out of all day. Honestly, my work area at one point was on the couch in my living room. This is where i was basically all day. My son could come in any time. The TV was on. The radio may have been on. The funny part is, I didn't see anything wrong with it! I was getting stuff done, right? Well, now that I have changed my workspace to a more secluded area of the house, I have become more productive and seem to be getting more done in the same period of time. If you want to see a productivity increase than your workspace should be somewhere off to itself.
Are You Your Own Employee
Working from home can be a big transition for a lot of people. When you are working for someone else, your whole day is basically planned out for you. You have to be at work at a certain. You have to be logged in or clocked on by this time. From this point to this point you do this. You take your lunch at a certain and you get off at this time everyday. When you are working for yourself. There is no schedule in place. There's no one there to tell you to get to work. Here's a great exercise for you to do. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, "Would I Hire Me". Another great thing to ask yourself is, "If I worked for someone else given the amount or REAL work that I do each day on my business, would I still have a job?" Let's be completely honest here. The truth of the matter is most us probably wouldn't hire ourselves. And if we did we probably wouldn't be working for long!If you can implement just these three philosophies in to your business I'm sure that you will see and increase in your business.
While all of these things may take some adjustments in your life, they are definitely worth it. Become a doer and not a "tryer" What I mean by this, is that if you say you are doing to do something then do it. Don't say I will try it. Most times if you just try something it never works out. Remember, successful people are those that are willing to do what unsuccessful people wont.
