Find A Mentor: You Can’t Go Where You Don’t Know

This world need Leaders more than it needs any other breed of men. Every line of activity calls for Leaders – every City, every Nation, every Home, and every Business. As long as there are people there will be plenty to Follow. The demand is for those who can Lead. The demand is for those who can Mentor.

I think the two greatest assets of my Mentor is his Courage to do something different and his Vision to see the business future. His Courage is such a gift because I believe that Cowards never Lead or Mentor. His Vision is valuable because People in business without Vision shall parish. However, he also has other assets as well. He has great Patience. No one will allow themselves to be mentored by someone who is an irritable and impatient mentor. To be a great mentor it requires Tact, Fairness and Confidence. One man can’t follow or learn from someone if he doesn’t have Confidence in that person as a mentor.

A Mentor must inspire. He must wake up the sleeping Powers in those that he is mentoring. He must be able to draw out, into action, the very highest qualities of people. To be able to do this he must himself have a clean consistent Record. A man can’t be a great Mentor and stir other people without first having stirred himself and become his own Master.

My Mentor, Dwayne Golden has shown me all of these characteristics. As he has very quickly risen to the top of the business community over the years and while putting to use over 20 years of experience in sales, he is a master trainer/coach. I have attended his Internet Marketing training and have never been more informed about the internet and business opportunities as I was at his training.
