You only bought what you need. It is not like you need to buy the entire product of the store since there is no product sold by piece but by pack. Retailing stores usually get products from companies or in wholesale and sell it in to the consumers in small quantities. This may need you to franchise a store, pay for your employees, and pay for rent. Wholesaling however is different from what retailing is. In fact it is the exact opposite of what retailing does. Selling products in bigger quantities and distributing it to brokers, retailers, and other companies which then can be bought in smaller quantities by the general population are involved in wholesaling.
If you plan to be part of or is already a member of retail or wholesale, the key is how well you know the product that you are representing and it is a skill every dealer must have. This may take time and patience.
