The internet brings many revolutions in the lives of both corporate and individual worlds. Web based techniques which drastically changes into the communication medium. Communication medium comprises of sharing views, thoughts, photos and discussion and many more. Socialnomics changed the way organization, community’s behavior, and individual activities. The facts are that the greater part of individuals exchanges about 64% of their liking and information relating to industry experts and academics to social media via internet. Despite of dramatic increase in the use of social media also increase all categories of Internet users. Category include discussion, market news, economic situation discussion \ news and most important the job news\placement. But some law students and job seeker did not understand the potential and the power of social media. Social media has become a place which organization used as a job board for recruitment such as LinkedIn etc. Before applying for the legal job on Social Media medium, the candidate must organize himself on all social platforms and construct a detail record of it as a brand. For that law candidate must be aware of relevant skills according to industry. For that, candidates must prepare a social campaign considering him as brands and organization as customers. Major two phases are: Candidate searches him on search engine like Google, Yahoo etc. Search words might be includes area, region, institution name etc. If name appears in the search with relevant information that’s fine for the first phase. But if it is not then the candidate must link himself with some industry or any organization like “Sam Winchester legal solicitor”. After the search hits see that nameless users available for potential employers. This will give the candidates an idea what the organization sees when they might hit for you on the web or social media. According an estimate, about One Third of the employer on the internet or social media has been looking for potential new candidates in every passing hour. Once candidate did so, he must build up LinkedIn profile and update it accordingly because for law candidates LinkedIn would be a mirror of virtual resume on the social media and also prepare a professional profile on Google that help in search rate. Find well associated attorneys, judges, professors, and business individuals over social media (for Law students). This action is done on the basis that experience professionals adore to help law students and candidates. On Facebook, search friend list and find individual who have potential LinkedIn connections and on the LinkedIn ask him to join the network. And they will link up with candidates as well here. In phase two, narrow down search for finding potential employers. The candidate must focus on field of practice and locality of the country for a job search. Once list of law firms and professional according to the area are ready, find them online. Try to join with those firms and profession on Twitter and LinkedIn social for updates and connections. Active participation will help and these experts will lead to more relevant individuals that are beneficial for job connection. Construct network in such a manner that it is speedy and successful with respect to actual visited or making calls.
