Hair loss is a hard thing for most of us to face. In fact, the mere thought scares the shit out of many people. 1. Bad Eating Habits. Like it or not, what you eat to a large extent determines if you will still keep your hair or if you will lose it. We live in an era of instants. That's the reason we have instant coffee, instant burgers, instant milk powders, junk food. People just want something hat will be very quick and fast without even thinking of the consequences. On further probing, he stated categorically that sometimes when looking at a patient's medical history and he sees nothing hat is likely to cause any form of hair loss, he asks tem about their personal lives. According to him, "more often than you can tell, you'll find these people have issues eating them up which is the manifesting in the form of scalp scarring and general follicle weakness". As a result, he recommends that if you've got any stressful issues, get them fixed, it's likely your hair will grow in record time.
3. Inadequate hair treatment and rough brushing. People seem to be too busy these days to take proper care of their hair. As result, they let their hair be with the thought hat they'll attend to it later. Coupled with this is excessive hair brushing which can cause the inner cortex n the scalp to weaken and therefore the hair to break.
There are still numerous reasons for hair loss. But this simple list should give you a idea of what to do and what to avoid.
