Included in the half day course are detailed presentations about body language, the psychology of interviews and how to perform best under pressure. It also includes a list of do’s and dont’s and some excellent tips on interviewing the interviewer and question exit strategies. These presentations are limited to 12 people which insures a great learning environment where free discussions and interaction is encouraged.
The interview training builds up through a series of interview coaching sessions to a mock interview with a careers professional with years of experience at the highest level. These are very tailored sessions and many people bring along their CV’s and Covering Letters so the interview can be be based specifically in their field. Some people even wear suits to these days to get an even more realistic experience.
