Regional housebuilder Avoncroft Homes is gaining a good reputation in the North Oxfordshire, North Gloucestershire and South Warwickshire areas, and buyers have snapped up all but the last few properties at the first phase of construction at Pinson Close in Little Bourton, the company's development of new houses in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
