3. Difficulty to make simple movements such as bending, walking, sitting, writing, typing, or holding an object, because of dwelling ache.

4. Deformity of the joint, which is commonly visible in the hands and feet.

5. Limited or reduced “range of motion” or the normal rate of movement of a joint. Doctors, physical therapists and occupational therapists give range of motion exercises to check the range of movement of the joints.

6. Severe weakness, lack of energy, or fatigue because movement can be very difficult.

7. High cholesterol, heart failure, or obesity also because of lack of physical activity.
