Truly Food For Thought - Popular and Powerful Neuro PS

by Guido Housemouser

Self education can sometimes be a frustrating task. I've discovered, while delving into my covert health research, an overwhelming mountain of information that while fascinating, can also be somewhat confusing. That's why (in this kat's humble opinion), you are most fortunate to have yours truly sifting through the tons of info to bring you the best, most pertinent nuggets (you may want to thank me later).

Today, my research has led me to focus on a winning supplement that supports healthy cognitive function, while fighting stress and promoting healthy moods. This supplement also happens to be one that brings droves of people to the internet as they search for it online. It's called Neuro PS.

Neuro PS contains Phosphatidylserine (hold on, hold on, I'm getting to the meaning). Phosphatidylserine (whew, that a mouthful) is a phospholipid. Phospholipids are molecules that are found in every cell membrane within the human body (in kats, too and I'm sure in dogs).

Phosphatidylserine helps brain cells to bind with our bodies' neurotransmitters. Think of neurotransmitters as your bodies regionalized communication hubs; sending and receiving chemical communications all over the body. Phosphatidylserine alerts your bodies cells to essential communication by increasing the number of membrane receptor sites. When it comes to human receptor sites, more is better. Therefore, Phosphatidylserine, due to the increased flow of brain cell communication, helps to strengthen attention span, memory, and concentration while improving mood and decreasing stress. Now, this is all very practical and educational information, but how can it truly help you? Remember, I told you acquiring information can be tricky. Let's tackle the benefits of Neuro PS (a.k.a. Phosphatidylserine) by examining it in simple, everyday realities

I'm forgetful (perhaps you can relate). I have scads of toys scattered all over the house and, sometimes, I just can't find them (my forgetfulness never applies to my kibble dish however, let's be realistic). Sometimes, my humans forget things, too (the beloved grandma in particular, she's forever looking for her glasses, which are often on her head). As you age, your body naturally produces less and less of, you guessed it, Phosphatidylserine. The result of this cell communication reduction may lead to age-related memory loss. Phosphatidylserine helps to energize or "boost" your brain activity which combats the effects of age-related forgetfulness.

On the "more good news front" where Neuro PS with Phosphatidylserine is concerned, it also helps to maintain a positive mood by stimulating the release of dopamine keeping you humans upbeat and perky while reducing anxiety (I love perky people). And that's not all! Phosphatidylserine supports the production of acetylcholine which assists with learning and, you'll be so pleased to know, it reduces levels of cortisol (an unwanted stress hormone) which may even help you gain more restful sleep (BONUS!).

Now, if you will kindly excuse me, I'm going to the kitchen (see I told you always remember where to find my dish) for a kibble nibble and, then, I'm going to venture on a great toy recovery search. I think I'll begin my journey underneath the couch.
