How To Take Over Corporate Underlings

There are ways and paradigms in the management world where people are told that you should become more accessible and your ability to listen to other people should increase diametrically. That is why one of the things that you are required to do in life is teach people exactly where they stand. Most of the people from my generation and I subscribe to this view. This is why we hate a lot of young people and want to show them how horrible and petty their generation is. It is because of this reason that generations beyond ours cannot progress and there is always a battle between tradition and progress, apparent to anyone who can pay attention to life in the world. The thing is, if we are to win this battle, we need to play our cards very consistently and well. The battle needs to be fought in hotels for conferences and not in obvious, easy to know places.

I was once a manager in the lower echelons of management but then I decided to go one better. To do this, I had to ensure that everyone knows where theystand with me. This is why I decided I should take everyone out on a team strengthening activity in the wilderness but I couldn't take them to a place that is very popular or populated. This is when I started carefully searching for where I could take them. After days and days of searching, I realized that I had to make it somewhere close to the city because we couldn't spend too much money on it. This is why I started looking for hill stations. These were the places that would provide me with the solution I required and to tell you the truth, they served me perfectly well in how things panned out. But of course, I didn't choose many of them, it was just one and I'll tell you how and why. The more important thing is that the place had a lot of awesome sports so I could pit my minions in battle against each other and make sure a lot of idiots were weeded out.

The final choice was a tough one because we needed something that would be the right distance but also isolated enough. This is why I ended up choosing a place that is popular enough to be known but not popular enough to be crowded. The final choice is pretty close by to the place and that's what was required. Then we went there and the battle began and since I had offered everyone a bonus if they won, they fought to the teeth and now everyone is a slave to whatever I desire of them. It's brilliant!
