MLM Binary Compensation Programs
You've done your needed homework, and are practically prepared to make the jump and dive into a multi level marketing business. Then you hear the words "MLM binary" and, while you might have nodded your head like you comprehend exactly what that implies - in reality, you have no idea.
Don't worry, you're not the only one. MLM payment schemes are among the most complicated things on the planet to learn at times, unless you are a mathematical genius! Thankfully though, most MLM binary systems are quite simple to understand when you sit down and crunch the numbers.
MLM Binary Pay Plan Clarified
The word binary means 2. So think in terms of 2. When you sign-up and start creating your new business venture, your first objective is going to be to go out and track down others who also have a dream and desire to become financially free; and also long for their time back.
You sign these folks up and place them on what's called your front-line. This is your personal line of individuals you have directly sponsored, and because you are in an MLM binary program; you and everybody else in the program are only permitted to have a max of two folks on their front-line. Only 2.
So now you have yourself, and 2 others in your business venture. Let's call them John and Jane. In an ideal world, both John and Jane would also sponsor 2, and those 2 would sponsor two, and so on, and so forth. Every one all of a sudden gets rich beyond their wildest dreams!!? The sad thing is, we do not reside in a ideal world; and in the real world John and Jane won't do anything at all in their company.
So you go out and continue to advertise your company. You find 2 more people to join you in your company. Bear in mind however, you are only permitted to have a total of 2 people on your front-line; so you'll have to place these new recruits UNDERNEATH either John or Jane. Alternatively, you could place one under each. Either way is going to work.
MLM Binary Spillover
When you put your new recruits into the downlines of John and Jane, they got up-line overflow. To paraphrase , you have helped them grow one side of their business based on your work. This is one of the nice advantages of the MLM binary compensation scheme. The concept is this: if you have an active up-line, they would essentially be assisting you in developing half of your business.
The challenge is that you still need to sponsor and sign up a respectable number of people, and place them on the opposite side of your business in order to keep the 2 legs balanced. In many binary plans you only get paid a commission when your company is balanced like this. So, while you might enjoy enormous spillover; you could only get paid when you also include new individuals to your business.
So, let's briefly look at what you should really be asking yourself. Not if an MLM binary is right or wrong for you, however, just how are you going to set about promoting your business venture? What, exactly, is your strategy to market your products, services, or opportunity?
-Will you make use of a proven online lead generation system, or will you expand your company using attraction marketing techniques?
-Do you have a marketing budget plan?
-How will you encourage others that you are the leader that they are searching for that will help them reach their dreams and objectives?
These are the most important questions to ask yourself because if anyone has profited through an MLM binary program (and plenty of people have), then it's not the pay plan that's in question. The problem or obstacle is, what will you do to grow your business?
