Vision, Motivation and Inspiration

"Where there is no vision, the people perish"- Proverbs 29:18. Working on a day-to-day routine can dull our senses and blunt our motivation and inspiration. Of course, not all work is like that but most contractual day job are unfortunately so. We will be working based on a set of guidelines and rules, with little self innovation or bursts of creativity. Most people are only passing time. In time, we feel depressed and visionless. We get lethargic and restrained in daily working environment and felt huge envy about our friends who are 'living it out' and 'making it big'. We are walking or rather working zombies, aimless, tired and lifeless. It is as good as being dead, and suddenly the bible verse above makes whole lot of sense.

Wait a minute, that's not what I'm programmed for! That's not what's my life supposed to be! I've got one life to live, so I got to live it to the fullest! I want to be able to go about my daily life with an awesome and clear vision. I want to come to work daily full of vigor, energy and passion, to come up with that creative idea, to boost the team's spirit, to hit that sales and make that huge profit. I want to aim everyday for a clearly set goal, in order for me to be able to live that future lifestyle that I desire. It's supposed to be fun, productive and unpredictable. It's also supposed to be very much automated; meaning when I'm not there, the profits will still be rolling in. This will give me real time leverage for me to spend doing what really matters to me, whether it is spending more time with my kids and spouse, spending more time on sports and exercise, indulging in my hobbies or travelling and holidaying.

Question is how to do that? The answer is, I have not found out how. Notice that I have not, but is currently trying to. This will be my short term goal, to find new methods, learn new ways to be financially free. It is possible because many people have done it. But I know for sure how to start this. It is to start thinking about it. Once we internalize this concept, it will open up unlimited possibilities for us to explore, learn, read up and opportunities to trial and error. Start internalizing now!
