Best Physician for Your Treatment
The very experienced Dr. Rashid Buttar is known for his alternative treatments as a physician, but he has received much controversy in recent years because of his methods. He founded the Center for Alternative Medicine in Cornelius, North Carolina to have a facility where he could freely teach fellow physicians his methods as well as treat patients in an environment that is completely conducive to alternative prevention and healing of diseases. This doctor holds seminars at the Center on the most recent advances in technique and using natural elements.
He actively pursued a fulfilling education of healing from the beginning of his schooling. His education was varied, in that he became a surgeon and also practiced traditional medicine, but his interest lay mainly in alternative methods, so he excelled in both. Combining the two streams of medicine, this doctor has gained knowledge and experience in treating his patients and developing an individual and accurate plan for each. His balanced educational resume is an example to other physicians in both traditional and alternative medicine to create excellence from both areas. • He is a graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. • He trained in General Surgery and Emergency Medicine in the U.S. Army. • Then he became Brigade Surgeon and Director of Emergency Medicine. • Board certified in Clinical Metal Toxicology. • Board certified in Preventative Medicine. • Board eligible in Emergency Medicine. • He has achieved fellowship status in three separate medical societies. • With his alternative education, he has designed 59 different IV Therapies for detoxification and the immune system.
This doctor has been using the knowledge he gained from his education, and his years as a physician to establish the foundation for the Center for Alternative Medicine and Clinical Research. In 2005, Dr. Rashid Buttar was investigated, and charges were filed in 2007. He stated then that he had never had a complaint in over 20 years as a practicing physician or surgeon, and he knew these charges were not substantial.
On April 5, 2010, the North Carolina Medical Board dropped all charges, and ended their 5 year fight with this doctor. This victory over this has become a victory for all those in the practice of integrative medicine and all patients who use it, declared a patient advocacy group called Carolinians for Health Care Access. Out of this controversy, he wrote his first book, 9 Steps to Keep the Doctor Away, which has now been translated into 5 different languages. The Center for Alternative Medicine is known for treating those difficult to diagnose cases with incredible success rates. Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer, Autism, Diabetes are some of the more popular diseases that has found success at the Center.
