Realistic or Virtual: where does TTT 2 sit?

In regards to the graphic portrayal, physical behaviour portrayal, or the worldview, you could say Tekken Tag Tournament 2 sits in a unique position between realistic and virtual. For example, it’s realistic for the base as a fighter. However, the behaviour of the one that’s being attacked is completely virtual and being able to switch in between characters in whichever stage, is virtual as well. On the other hand, the rule where you lose whenever either one of the partner is knocked out is quite close to reality.
