Long ago if you want something delivered from one country to another, shall we say a gift to send abroad; it's going to take you a lot of money to do so. They have customs to pay, lots of wrappers and boxes to manage and many people to handle your delivery. Your package literally gets tossed around and you don't even know how it's been till it arrives to the person you sent it to. Another thing is it takes a lot of time from the point of origin to the point of destination, like a week or two maybe, and people don't really complain a lot about that, but that was years ago, today, we readily get angry if a package don't arrive in 3 days time.

We have advanced too much in the field of package delivery. If we ordered something online today we expect it to be at our doorstep in a few days and it's quite reasonable a thought too. A company, online companies that sells products online, competes for clients and they will do anything to please those customers. If you are that company who lags behind, say you always fail to deliver on time and your products gets mixed up from time to time, your customers will get pissed and will probably write a bad review about you and get you into a lot of trouble.

In the meantime, if you are that company who truly takes care of their customers, those who delivers their goods promptly if not days in advance and those that truly sells products as they advertise them on site, these are the ones that succeed in the business and will have customers write raving reviews of them and their services.

In the online world, if you can't please the customer then you will surely be stung badly with their blunt words in reviews. Nothing is perfect in the online business, especially the online delivery aspect. If customers are happy they will sometimes be content to give you three stars and that's already thanking you a lot. They will write a short review of how please they are and such, but if you failed to deliver what they want, they will probably give you a negative score. Aside from the negative score you should prepare to read their unbiased review on how your store sucks and that people should stay away from your site.

Hard as it may be the online stores and online gift delivery still strives and is quite successful. No matter how many disgruntled customers you get so long as you got back on your feet and better your services you will be successful in this venture and so much more.
