Education-- A fun tool

In this ever changing world and the constant increase in cut-offs declared by the Universities, "FUN" is the word which wouldn't fit anywhere in their dictionaries. If does so, it will be looked upon as a small silly stint for time-pass. Well, I cannot blame you given today's scenario.

"How could you even imagine Education can be fun?” But if one observes carefully, there are actually things which we can do, in turn which would be lead us to the "Fun" factor I'm talking about. Who is the first person you think of when it comes to Education?? ... Teacher, Yes! The ultimate source through which we inculcate values, learn so much about the world around us. I still remember the day when I came to know the revolution of the earth, i.e., If a part of the globe is lightened with day, the other part would be engulfed in darkness. It was so exhilarating for me at that time, that I actually couldn't bring myself to believe it. So incredible it was..!! And when I look back, I think of that particular teacher who made it so interesting and memorable for me. Everything starts from a Teacher, I believe. For it is his/her responsibility to make children understand the concept. It could be easily done by recruiting teachers or lecturers who are very much open to the change, and updating themselves now and then to keep pace with the world across. One of the most enchanting and exciting things about our age is "Technology". By bringing these two (Teacher & Technology) together we could create a world where students are urged to open-up their minds and let their creativity spread by leaps and bounds. People in the urban areas are well versed with this trend,and hence it could be a great hit among the areas as they lack both proper teachers as well as technology. An instance, I couldn't forget about a teacher who made a subject boring. All I did was to study for the sake of marks, what else you could do?? Teachers who are passionate enough to impart the knowledge to students must also understand that each and every student is precious and tasks assigned according to their capacity. Not what is required to be done by them at any cost, or as per the demands of the syllabus involve them in order to let them evolve.
