Through this, multiple servers are allocated to host replicas of a database. This is a great addition for automatic recovery of Exchange. 7. Transcription of voice mail is a new attribute where a speech recognition program is utilized by the Exchange 2010 and with the voice message attachment, the email comprises of transcript of the message. 8. Call answering rules gives each user of the Exchange 2010 his or her very own auto call attendant. It also allows creation of user desired call routes whether he wants some specific call to be transferred to his cellular phone or another one to go to his voice mail. This is a very good feature for many organizations and their employees. The above list contains only some of the features that you need to be aware of.
