A membership site can be easily set up. This offers valuable content by way of articles or reports on a specific subject to paid members. Find a "niche" market research it and develop the knowledge you acquire by turning it into an important resource for your customers.

The model of a membership site can be used for both business site ideas or even hobbies or pastimes people are interested in. All you are doing is literally supplying the information people need about their chosen topic and providing the answers to their questions.

A membership site is there to provide answers for people who are looking to solve certain problems that they encounter in everday life. Research your market to be able to establish what these problems are and set up a site to find the solutions

Consider how many times a day people search the internet for information on several different subjects. How many different answers and permutations are out there. Usually all conflicting which can lead to confusion and frustration. The majority of people out there looking want the answer there and then!

How much easier and more effective would it be if there was information in one place that could be delivered to people on a regular basis. The majority of people want answers immediately and because we are fundamentally lazy most of us would rather someone else provide us with what we need.

Find out what people want. What are their desires, dreams and hopes.If you do this you can gather the necessary information required and turn it into a springboard for the help they need. You are then supplying the solution to their pain or problem.

You will be amazed to find how the information you have will be of benefit to others and how this could transform their lives. Provide a great service and you will soon become recognised as an authority in your field .

Consider within the market you have chosen there will be many sub-topics related to your original material. You can take advantage of this and by specifying certain criteria within your chosen market you can make it more targeted. Ultimately attracting more customers.

You can target your audience more directly by specifying an exact criteria. This leads to a better response than just a general topic. If you specify your market by age, sex, status then you are directing it exclusively and reaching out to a particular market therefore removing any barriers.
