Children of all ages who have taken music education courses have shown significant improvement compared to others in several areas including an incresed intelligence, organization skills, and emotional display.

Among many lessons, children are taught how to cooperate with others and work as a team harmoniously. If one student is playing out of tune, the entire band sounds off tune. Learning to work together now will provide the foundation for children once they graduate and enter the workforce. The benefits of music education outweighs any price that it might cost for the purchase and upkeep of a musical instrument. Some schools allow instruments to be rented out in order to help the family save for a future purchase. While money may strain some parents, studies have shown that children who are involved in music education courses are more successful in making good grades at school and on tests like the SAT. Most children who score well on the SATs continue on to college and further their music degrees. Some persue careers after college in other areas such as teaching music courses or benefiting the community. Generally people, who love music, don't hate those who are different from them, but learn to tolerate and accept others as human beings with their unique talents. This is absolutely true for music education being a bridge that connects different cultures. Among other benefits of this education is an improved emotional display of the children that learn how to cope with hardships that they might eventually face in future.

There are a lot of benefits that the children will receive during their music courses. Parents want to see that their kids grow into successful people one day and the best gift they may offer them is this kind of education.
