Yes, there are many job recruitment websites. What's the difference with this one?

The concept is as follows. Companies and recruitment agencies are the one responsible searching for job "seekers". Job Recruitment Website:

What will this website offer that others do not?

The idea is to create a website in which, job "seekers" will create their career profile. These profiles will include relevant information such as qualifications, education, career status, experience, etc. Then, agencies or interested companies will browse the candidates' profiles. In advance, companies and agencies will be able to contact job "seekers" on-site, ask them to fill pre-interview questionnaires/tests, upload their portfolio, etc. In terms of expansion, such a website will be flooded with traffic on the very first days of its grand opening. Other job recruitment websites require an insertion fee for a role position by agencies. Yours will be free and as a result, within two weeks the search engines will be flooded with role positions directed to your website and job "seekers" who want to register straight away. Of course you should figure out a way that will stop insignificant job advertisements to be posted. For example you could request a yearly fee by agencies or form a rating system that will be used by the job "seekers". Last but not least. The agencies will post jobs and the job "seekers" will have their profile live on the website. But, agencies will not be able to view the candidates' person information until they pay for it. After paying the fee, candidate's personal information will become visible. Also other features like on-site communication and other interviewing features will become available.

Sources of Profit:

Use of similar to LinkedIn membership features or other job recruitment websites for agencies. (Search for candidates, in-site communication, etc) Advertisements for agencies / companies ( for example: agencies to attract people to register on their website or agencies to reach potential audience for their advertising job positions. ) Other advertisements for agencies / companies (for example: sending out mass messages to all participants meeting their criteria. ) Small fee to candidates registering their profile on the job recruitment website. Be careful on this aspect. Only small fees of $2 to $5 are suggested. Imagine how many job "seekers" will sign up for agencies and interested parties reaching to THEM. Many other sources of profit can be introduced with introduction of other feature.
