Canadian authorities have extended the suspension of components of country’s immigration system including the federal and state sponsorships. Several speculative viewpoints were being aired all around but with the new update the government has cleared its stand on the throwing open the doors of migration to the aspirants world over. One of the major components of the migration policy of this country is the provisions of law that encourage inflow of the required skills into various sectors of economy. Suspension of that element has raised concerns in several quarters of Canadian economy and administration. • Lack of local educational credentials which play a substantial role in ascertaining the qualification of a job seeker

On the other side the new entrants were also unable to support themselves after entering the domestic labor pool in wake of their inability to secure a proper employment in absence of above quoted traits in their profiles. This inability to secure employment in their nominated trade (in NOC) forced them to find odd jobs in areas outside their trade premise.

This all is set to change as the Canada Federal Skilled Worker Program Reopens On May 4 2013 with substantial changes in the FSW evaluation and selection framework. The old policy structure has been repealed completely and has been effectively replaced with a more objective and market sensitive guideline charter.

The policy structure has been reinforced with more objective and straight forward provisions that will try to remove anomalies that were an inherent part of the older system.
