1) Are their technicians qualified in servicing your make and model of van? Your van is probably very important to your business, so ensure that your van will get the best service from qualified technicians who know what they are doing.

2) Make sure that they use original parts from the manufacturer of your van. Having original parts will protect your warranty. So ask if the parts they are using in your van service are original.

3) Van servicing often leads to unexpected repairs and work that you haven't expected. If this is the case, make sure that the garage undertaking your van service will contact you with details of any further work that needs to be carried out before they do the work.
