Hedonism II is an amazing vacation in Negril, Jamaica. It's a combination between FantasyFest, Mardi Gras, and the biggest frat party you could imagine. Regardless of whether your are a quiet introvert or a party animal - there is something there for you. Be nice and smile and you'll make friends you never imagined you'd meet. Visitors are from all over the world - making an always interesting experience.

Each night there are theme nights. Participation isn't required, but it makes everything more fun. If you plan on going to the night club and you aren't wearing the theme outfit you'll feel left out.

I found a site that helps you make list of what to bring, which varies through the year - there are a couple of things you shouldn't bring though.

Cameras are not allowed in the nude section or during events except for the resort photographers. You will be asked nicely to put cameras away - but you can be ejected from the resort if you continue. You can take pictures on anything that happens on the prude side - but you probably won't take many. The obsessive take pictures of the buffet.

For the historians among you, printed porn is not allowed to be imported. If seen in your bag it will be confiscated. Books on voodoo by various publishers are forbidden as well. If you're a big voodoo person and want to bring them - check the publisher against the listing on the customs web site.

Bringing booze to an all-inclusive resort is a dumb idea anyway - but you cannot import rum into Jamaica. If you bring it - you will have to leave at the airport. 'Normal' quantities of alcohol or tobacco are allowed, but it's up to the customs officer to determine what is acceptable. Most foods other than sealed cereals are not allowed. Jamaica is very aware of the damage imported pests or plants can cause - anything plant related including any fresh fruits or vegetables will be confiscated and destroyed. All pets will need to be quarantined - so Fido can't go with you. You won't need towels unless you like your own - beach towels are provided by the resort, but each person only gets one. A card system is used to control the number of towels in circulation. This actually used to get out of hand and towels were horded and always short in the past.
