So many home business opportunities focus on people's dreams with the idea that people could quit their job and become their own boss.

I happen to think that people would be better off keeping their jobs and making extra money to improve their lifestyle. That's where I came up with the idea for this article about now you can keep your job and make even more money.

For the first time in the history of the world people can actually make money 24 hours a day without working around the clock. In the old days of multi-level marketing this concept was somewhat promoted, but very rarely did it work.

In reality you could not retail products for a network marketing company without meeting with the customer, taking their order, ordering the products from the MLM company, delivering the product, collecting the money, and depositing it in your bank account.

That is a lot of steps to make money on a part-time basis. Most network marketers understood this so they focused on sponsoring new distributors which gives you the advantage of leveraging your time.

This also does make it possible to do network marketing part-time. However, most people never sponsored anybody, quit the business, and you ended up spending most of your time trying to sponsor new people to replace them.

Internet marketing provides multiple ways to make money in various business models. Let me list several real quick.

1. Email marketing. 2. Affiliate marketing. 3. Network marketing. 4. eCommerce. 5. Drop Shipping 6. Blogging.

And many more....

Every one of these business models can be done as a way to make even more money while keeping your job. This is not hype! This is reality!

I know for a fact that people all over the world use every one of the six ways I just listed to make extra money on a part-time basis, or even develop a full-time income while keeping their job.

They use Internet marketing to create a new income stream. Think about the power of that statement and how it can have an impact on your own life.

The problem with quitting your job, and trying to make more money online, is you now have to replace your full-time income as well as develop a second income. This generally leads to more pressure than most people can withstand both mentally and financially.

For this reason I am starting to think people are better off to keep their full-time job and do Internet marketing part-time. If you're lucky enough to develop a full-time income from your Internet business use it to improve your lifestyle and set some of it aside for a rainy day or retirement.
