soft launch of prestige lake side habitats – varthur main road, whitefield

Prestige estate projects ltd – one of the top 10 builders in india announced the commencement of their residential apartment complex named prestige lake side habitats at varthur main road, whitefield, bangalore. As usual prestige announces the new project to all its channel partners before releasing it in the marketprestige Lakeside Habitat . A formal invite was sent to all their channel partners. The venue of the event was ITC Royal Gardenia, Residency Road. The event was a roaring success with more than 500 real estate professionals, brokers attending the meeting at the mysore hall. The event started sharp by 12.15 pm with invoking the almighty God for His blessings. The moulvi read the prayer and opened the meeting. I was surprised to see so many real estate professionals at one place. There was no place to sit and people were standing at the corners. Shubh Ganguly – Head of residential sales started the meeting with formally inviting all the guests and he invited Ms Asha Vasan – Sales director to address the crowd. Prestige lake side habitat is a joint venture between prestige company and Mr Prakash Shetty (Owner of the land) and in association with the US based Disney company. The campus is designed with the disney characters, disney themes in mind. The entire campus is a whopping 102 acre land facing the varthur lake. Some of the landmarks of the project The entire campus has 24 towers with 3426 apartment units and 271 villas. The campus is segregated into different blocks and named after disney characters. The towers have different levels, some with 30 floors, others with 23 floors and so on. I have attached the detailed file for your reference. There will be 4 club houses and may be another club house which might be added later. Each block has its own club house, swimming pool and other amenities. prestige Lakeside Habitat The block will be interconnected with under passes making it child friendly and easy access to all the amenities. the residents can use all the club house as per their convenience. There will be a mini golf course, cricket pitches, multiple tennis courts, lots of childrens play area and huge green spaces all across the campus. The campus is designed with everybody’s need in mind. the campus cuts across all the segments of homes with 2, 2.5, 3, 4 bhk homes and villas. The entire campus has a built up of 18.6% area of the 102 acres with lots of green spaces all across the project. Not many projects are designed in that way where builders today think every inch as a built up space and try to get the maximum out of the lot.
