<b>Garbhakranti fibre rich foods during pregnancy:</b> In the diet, fibre as a nutrient has gross importance. <ul> <li>Dietary fibre helps in faecal bulking and softening.</li> <li>Fibre increases or regularises the frequency of stool.</li> <li>Fibre is bowel friendly.</li> <li>Thus fibre rich foods make me comfortable and make my dream baby comfortable too.</li> <li>During pregnancy, bowel habits get disturbed.</li> <li>Fibre rich foods help to solve this problem of constipation.</li> <li>Rich sources of dietary fibre are cereals, vegetable, fruits and dry fruits.</li> </ul>
