How to experience peace of mind

Greetings all!

I have learned this the hard way ...

Wisdom means that you realise that your peace of mind depends on the kinds of thoughts you entertain. Especially thoughts about other people.

The thoughts that lead to peace of mind are compassion, forgiveness & gratitude.

If you practice filling your minds with such thoughts, you will experience peace of mind.

Practice makes perfect!
