These foods will cause heartburn and increased nausea.<br /><br />Tell your doctor if you notice swelling in your feet after becoming pregnant. This could be a harmless symptom, or be a sign of a high blood pressure condition also known as preeclampsia. This condition must be treated so that the birth can be healthy.<br /><br />Drink plenty of water if you get diarrhea during pregnancy. Dehydration is one common result of diarrhea and, during pregnancy it is especially important to replenish these fluids in order to avoid the need for an IV in the hospital.<br /><br />If you've got a lot of vaginal discharge during your pregnancy, tell your doctor. It may be a vaginal infection which can be common in pregnancy, or it may indicate a more serious problem that needs to be addressed.<br /><br />Support for your pregnant body, in bed, is the best way to ensure restful sleep during pregnancy. You can find various body pillows specifically designed for those who are pregnant at a number of stores. In lieu of one of those special pillows, a standard pillow can suffice. Think about sleeping with pillows underneath your stomach and knees.<br /><br />To take care of the health of mom and baby alike, it's important to get good care throughout the pregnancy and afterwards.
