Artificial Studios, a boutique film, photography and VFX, production studio in Australia joined hands with one of the leading nationwide and global, cancer fundraising campaigns, ‘Blue September’ to raise awareness in the fight against men’s cancer. Artificial provided the studio space for the blue paint-splattering TVC shoot, filmed the behind-the-scenes video and photographed the ambassadors of ‘Blue September’ in a funky and fun photo shoot.

What Is ‘Blue September’? A global initiative, ‘Blue September’ urges people to join hands from around the world in the fight against ‘prostate cancer’ in men. Social media platforms are chock-full with supporters pouring out positive and strong anti-cancer messages/tweets with the hashtag, #JoinTheFight. Throughout the month of September, the mission for this initiative has been to raise funds to purchase expert equipment for diagnosis and to also help build the new Prostate Cancer Centre in Australia; an initiative of APCR. The ‘Blue September’ video has taken off like a storm, with the Artificial Studios team having worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that this fight becomes global.

And…Who Was A Part Of It? Celebrities flew in from all around Australia to lend their voice to the campaign. They include: Derryn Hinch – Broadcaster, Allan Fletcher – Actor, Mark Holden – TV Personality Brett McLeod – TV Presenter, Gamble Breaux and Janet Roach – The Real Housewives of Melbourne and Harrison Craig – Singer/Songwriter. The campaign was conceptualized by the team at MWC Media and had the support of some major sponsors: Hockingstuart, Autobarn, Hallmar, Toyo Tires, WIN Network and Joy 94.9. The celebrities, sponsors and the Australian community stand united and appeal to the world to join hands in the fight against cancer.

Artificial Studios is run by a group of creative professionals, popularly known as ‘nanobots’. The all-white background in the Blue September TVC Directors Cut video and the official photo shoots is the studio space rented out by Team Artificial Studios.
