1. You need a You Tube account. Setting up an account is easy to do. If you don't have a Gmail account you'll need one to get started.
You might want also think about setting up a channel of your own. This gives you the benefit of adding videos in a specific niche to your channel. Google likes this and it can be a source of repeat website visitors if you have a lot of videos people want to come back and watch.
2, Getting a video ranked. Think about specific keyword phrases you want to target when you're creating your video.
This is what helps get the video ranked on You Tube and Google videos. Your video can also be ranked on Google itself. All of this can lead to a tremendous amount of website traffic which will help you earn money.
3. Keep it simple. You do not have to be a professional videographer to make a useful video that can help you earn money.
As a matter of fact you don't even need a camera or microphone to create your own video. Using a service such as Article Video Robot or Animoto is an easy way to make one. You will pay a monthly fee, but depending on the service you use, that is nothing more than a little over a dollar a day and if you create one video a day this is really cheap.
4. Getting website traffic. When you submit your video in the description you should include your website URL at the beginning. You should also include your keyword phrase in the description and in the tags.
5. How many videos? This will vary with the niche that you're in. If you're building a fairly lengthy keyword list people are actually searching for related to your products, you're going to want create a lot of videos.
Start thinking in terms of tens or even hundreds of videos. Don't overwhelm yourself, but be consistent and continue to add new videos to increase your traffic.
